3. Accounts and API Keys

While some limited features may be available anonymously, full access requires creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

If you generate API keys to use our services programmatically, you are strictly responsible for keeping these keys secure. Any usage associated with your API keys will be deducted from your account balance.

4. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

MercadoBoost operates on a prepaid credit system. Each tool execution deducts a specific amount from your account balance based on the operation's complexity (e.g., number of countries targeted).

• Free Trial: New users may receive a limited number of free requests to test the platform.
• Purchasing Credits: You can top-up your balance through our pricing plans, which may include bonus credits.
• Payments: All payments are securely processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.
• Refunds: Due to the irreversible cost of processing AI generation, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. AI Output and Liability

Our tools use advanced AI models to generate content. However, AI can sometimes produce inaccurate or inappropriate results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing it to any marketplace.

MercadoBoost is not liable for account suspensions, lost sales, or any damages on third-party marketplaces resulting from the use of our generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the service to generate malicious, illegal, or heavily regulated content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, trial limits, or billing mechanisms.
• Share your account or API keys with unauthorized third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the MercadoBoost platform, branding, and proprietary algorithms. However, we claim no ownership over the inputs you provide or the generated text outputs you receive. You are free to use the generated content for your business.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance or third-party AI provider outages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
